Overview

The Sr. Product Manager, Xtampza ER Marketing, will work closely with the marketing team, commercial team and other stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Operations, etc.) to ensure alignment on the translation of strategy into effective promotional programs and tools. This individual will also work closely with external partners, to ensure alignment through the medical, legal, regulatory review process. The Sr. Product Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing for Xtampza ER.  This individual will drive the values that comprise the company’s culture and support the company’s vision for Collegium and will execute against brand strategic priorities and corporate objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, development, approval and implementation of:
    • Physician Promotional tactics
    • Including the brand website
    • Patient Promotional tactics
  • Execute against the Xtampza ER commercialization plan to meet corporate objectives
  • Develop and execute strategies and tactical marketing plans for Xtampza ER
  • Remain informed on the chronic pain market place and trends that may impact our products
  • Work collaboratively with market research to gain insights from multiple customer segments, including physicians, nurses and patients
  • Manage vendor partnerships, including advertising agency of record, to ensure tactical elements are properly executed in a timely manner and within budget
  • Manage all corresponding marketing budgets
  • Position may require up to 15% travel domestically
  • Provide support for brand planning and long-range planning

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years Pharmaceutical/Biotech HCP Marketing experience is required
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Demonstrated success in leadership competencies, creative problem solving and team partnership skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written presentation skills
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA is a plus
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus
