Overview

Associate Director/Director  Human Resources – Talent Management & Employee Experience is a key position to support a fast-paced and growing team at Collegium. The ideal candidate is strategic, service and detail oriented, team focused, responsive with a strong sense of urgency, and brings excellent communication and problem-solving skills to the team. As an ambassador and leader of the company, the position requires an unrelenting positive attitude, resiliency and the ability to react and improvise quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

    • Manages core programs of Collegium’s Human Resources department, accountable for ensuring program impact across the organization.
    • Responsible for developing strategies relating to key business and HR initiatives.
    • Partners with leadership of specific functions. For instance, develops strategy, prepares all materials, communications and deliverables for performance review process.
    • Provide guidance and oversight to multiple areas of Human Resources such as recruitment, employee relations, training and professional development, performance management and organizational culture.
    • Drives for HR, organizational and individual excellence.
    • Ensures HR goals are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Broad understanding of the industry and HR practices of peer companies; maintains a strong network; acts as a company spokesperson for the HR function.
    • Viewed as a partner to senior managers; effective coach and champion of the culture.
    • Develop and maintain organization wide practices and programs which have positively impact the organization and help culture to continue to evolve.
    • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements at Federal, State and local levels.
    • Contribute to and execute HR strategy.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years in a relevant human resources role and a BA/BS (or equivalent), preferably in a business-related field, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Commercial pharma industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong talent acquisition and employee relations experience.
  • Strong experience in either: compliance, immigration or another HR strength is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a commercial environment, preferably partnering with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Ability to build, evolve and manage people programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
