Overview

Senior Human Resources Associate – Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience is a key position to support a fast-paced and growing team at Collegium. The ideal candidate is service and detail oriented, responsive with a strong sense of urgency and brings excellent communication and problem-solving skills to the team. As an ambassador and first face of the company, the position requires an unrelenting positive attitude, resiliency and the ability to react and improvise quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage talent acquisition from open job requisitions submittal through onboarding of new hires.  Continuous candidate sourcing and building a bench for key positions.
  • Candidate identification, schedule and complete phone screens and in person interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and engage Collegium interview teams, facilitate interview team prep sessions and the follow up candidate feedback session.
  • Partner with internal HR resources to price positions, define job requirements and ideal profile.
  • Facilitate the immigration Visa process requests, transfers and renewals for new and current employees.
  • Serve as ambassador to drive candidate engagement solicit feedback on candidate experience.
  • Offer process from crafting offer through making verbal, written and close candidate on offer.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of offer ratio versus acceptance, track and measure TA HR metrics.
  • Partner with and manage relationships with external recruiting resources including sourcing, agencies, LinkedIn, Indeed, ICIMs, etc.
  • Deliver key initiatives for employer branding to potential candidates and the community.
  • Lead the onboarding process from new hire announcements, candidate expense reimbursement, pre-hire requirements through 30, 60 and 90-day post hire check in.
  • Act as a culture champion to influence and improve candidate and employee experiences.
  • Keeps apprised of federal, state and local recruitment and compensation regulations.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar.
  • 4-6 years of talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and or employee relations experience.
  • Quick study, ability to identify specific life science expertise that effectively matches job specifications and department requirements.
  • Ability to establish rapport with candidates, hiring manager and employees.
  • Ability to credibly communicate business and the Collegium story to candidates, employees and external resources.
  • Ability to successfully navigate sensitive, confidential and challenging employee situations.
  • Ability to communicate with poise and confidence, verbal, written and company presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and deadline driven.
  • High capacity for work, ability to execute quickly on tasks.
  • Strong service orientation and ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
  • Poised and effective communicator at all levels within the organization.
