Overview

Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development of innovative treatments for chronic pain, is actively seeking a Data Warehouse Analyst to join our rapidly-growing team in Canton, MA. This individual must be ready for the challenges and responsibilities that come from working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. 

This position will assist in maintaining and supporting Collegium’s Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the overall maintenance and validation of data (internal, syndicated and 3rd party).
  • Ensure that weekly/monthly data is processed accurately into data warehouse and reporting environments.
  • Update weekly input files, as necessary, and send to external vendor as required for weekly data processing. Troubleshoot automated input file processes as needed.
  • Maintain data flows from external Data Warehouse to internal Data Warehouse (Oracle and/or other virtual environment windows server).
  • Work with external vendors to identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Assist with extracting ad hoc data requests from Data Warehouse, using both open-source and Oracle SQL.
  • Provide reporting support for Commercial Operations team for MicroStrategy and/or other internal BI reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 1-2 years SQL experience querying large and/or complex data sets (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Sound relational database operational knowledge
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry a plus
  • Familiarity with BI reporting tools a plus (MicroStrategy or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident personality
