    The Company:

    Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development of innovative treatments for chronic pain, is actively seeking an Sr. Analyst/Manager, Commercial Finance to join our rapidly-growing team in Canton, MA. This individual must be ready for the challenges and responsibilities that come from working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Works with and provides oversight of the Company’s third-party logistics provider to ensure data used in financial analyses is complete and accurate.
    • Analysis of mid and long-range revenue forecasting and sales expectations.
    • Provides insight to gross-to-net reserve.
    • Manages the relationship with institutional contracted customers to include chargeback operations, admin fees, and other transactional data.
    • Maintains the relationships with the wholesaler project managers and buyers.
    • Works closely with Accounting and other cross-functional departments
    • Ensures accurate and complete estimations of company liabilities, with regards to government programs.
    • Provides routine reporting and ad hoc projects as needed
    • Insulates the Company from exposure by maintaining a high level of audit readiness.

    Must thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.  Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict management and negotiation skills, ability to analyze complex issues to develop relevant and realistic plans and recommendations

    • Required: Bachelor's Degree
    • Required: 3+ years of relevant experience.
    • Required: Excellent financial analytical skills a must, in addition to advanced capabilities with Excel, Access, or equivalent database management tool.
    • Required: Demonstrated ability to clearly and accurately interpret and communicate (written and oral) procedures and policies.
    • Preferred: Experience overseeing government-mandated calculations; Medicaid Average Manufacturer's Price (AMP) and Best Price (BP); Quarterly Non-Federal Average Manufacturer's Price (NonFAMP); Annual Federal Ceiling Price (FCP); Quarterly Industrial Funding Fee (IFF).
    • Preferred: Pharmaceutical industry experience.
