    The Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales Operations will interface directly with key members of the Commercial Team including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, the primary focus of this key role is to develop, deliver, and utilize business solutions and tools that enable Sales Operations and members of the Commercial team to efficiently and effectively execute their daily business.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively develop, implement, and maintain key sales reports, tools, and applications to help drive sales
    • Support the design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of an Incentive Compensation plan that drives sales force competitive excellence, execution and goal attainment
    • Design and manage a Field Awards & Recognition program to motivate and reward top performers
    • Interface with field leadership to understand potential business trends, analyze potential opportunities, and remove barriers

     

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the consulting or pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Sales operations experience a plus.
    • Must be able to establish strong relationships with business stakeholders, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and be a self-motivated, proactive team player
    • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
    • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to form productive partnerships
    • Strong commitment to detail, successful prioritization and time management skills; works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
    • Strong character and ethics, self-starter and interest in working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
