    The Commercial Counsel is responsible for advising the organization on FDA and other regulatory matters and participating in the development of regulatory strategies and risk-mitigation processes for clinical and commercial operations.



    • Participate as the legal representative on Collegium’s promotional review committee;
    • Collaborate with General Counsel and other stakeholders to develop and implement regulatory strategy;
    • Review and advise business on regulatory matters implicated in commercial contracts;
    • Support pending litigation matters involving regulatory matters, including coordination with outside counsel;
    • Participate in risk assessments relating to regulatory matters and develop strategies to mitigate regulatory risk; and
    • Participate in budgeting process in relation to outside counsel and other legal costs


    • Must have 4+ years of experience in regulatory counseling
    • Detail oriented
