The Director, Market Access Strategy will manage the development of Collegium’s pricing and access strategy at a national, sub-national, and payer level. This role will lead the implementation of key tactics supporting broad and profitable access for the product portfolio. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and pull-through of that messaging into market access-specific tools and resources. This role will work closely with the Market Access and field teams to facilitate push and pull-through initiatives as a result of payer formulary decisions.
