The Director, Sales Training will lead and direct the sales training team to support training of sales teams and promoted products. This person will also lead the Commercial Leadership Development program to include the Emerging Leaders, Newly promoted Leaders, and the ongoing Leadership training and Development of people leaders within the organization. They will work cross functionally with key internal stakeholders such as Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Market Access & Trade to ensure training alignment with corporate objectives.
